I have always been a fanatic in registering early for anything, that requires registration. For instance school registration. On the contrary my son is totally different. He never registers early, he always waits till the last minute. There are many benefits by registering early in particular, if you are a new student. For example, you don't have to go through the frustration of waiting in line for hours and finding out they don't have the class you wanted. Meanwhile, you will have more options to have a scheduled that fits your needs. Finally you will be stress free and eager to start college.
ReplyDeleteDid you ever wish they were more morning classes than afternoon classes?. Well I have I know is such a pain waking up early but trust me is better. In other words, morning classes are not such a bad idea. For example, doing morning classes is good because you finish early and the rest of the day is yours. On the other hand, taking evening classes’ just ruins your day because you just want to go home and sleep, so the whole day was sleeping, school and then sleep again. Doesn’t sound boring to you? As a result morning classes are way better than evening or afternoon classes.

How to make a Snowman?
ReplyDeleteFirst, you have to make a big patch of snow you will be, needing this because that’s what you will be using to make big snowballs with. The snow that is icy, damp, or very fluffy will probably not work as well. Gather a handful of snow make sure to pack it tightly with your hands, and start shaping it into a ball. When you are finished with shaping the snow into a ball the place the ball on the ground and roll it along the snowy patch you gathered up earlier. As you roll the snow ball you will see it become bigger and bigger the snow from the ground will stick to it thus making the base of the snowman.
As the dust of a tragic weekend clears, Japans death total climbs into the tens of thousands. March 11, 2011, marks the date of Japan’s worst tragedy since World War 2, a magnitude 9.0 earthquake shook Japan thus, causing a massive tsunami which swept through and destroyed thousands of homes, cars, and took over 10,000 lives. As a result, several of Japans nuclear plants had to be evacuated due to malfunctions in their cooling systems. Furthermore, Japans death toll continues to rise as they are threatened by aftershocks and the possibility of another catastrophic tsunami. Likewise, people of the west coast of the United States and some parts of Canada have been put under tsunami watch for the last few days. Therefore, all flights into Japan have been cancelled and Japan continues to live through, what most would consider an endless nightmare.
ReplyDeleteGetting to school in the morning. Formerly I used to wake up very early in the morning so my every day journey begins. It was painful getting off bed against my willing, especially knowing that I was going to be buried in books for half of the day. To illustrate how miserable my mornings were even getting to school was an endless trip to a faraway land. Generally I had to walk through the loneliest blocks you can ever imagine, just to get to the bus stop. Afterwards, a 35 minutes bus ride feels like 35 hours due to traffic and frequent red lights. But maybe it was just me and the concern of being late.
ReplyDeleteSchools should be able to have more morning classes then afternoon. For example if Hudson will have real early morning classes it will help a lot of does who have a 9-5 job be able to obtain more credits. Despite that a lot of people don't like to wake up really early in the morning I'm quite sure they much rather take a 6:30 am class then 6:00 PM. Although a lot of people will be super sleepy they will have the rest of the day after work to catch up on sleep and have a lot more time to do homework as well as be with their family members. In addition this will help in a variety of ways for a lot of people i know it help me.
ReplyDeleteBeing a young student in college we tend to find one of the hardest tasks to handle is staying focus in and disciplined in school. For instance, every time I attend a class I always manage to see one student dozing off or completely distracted and off task from what everyone else is doing. This is a time in our lives where time managing is everything, and every now and then it can be harder than we thought to find time for everything. In addition, there are many helpful ways for us to keep ourselves a bit more “put together.” In particular, we have to get organized! In other words, we need to stop being indolent and plan ahead. Of course, it may be difficult to try to manage a social life with a job, and school all collectively, however it is very important to be prepared and orderly. Therefore, even though the college life may be stressful, some simple tasks and being more organized may be very helpful in the long run.
ReplyDeleteHow to get to get ready for school in the morning?
ReplyDeleteThere are many different steps which I have to overcome in order to
get to class in the morning. First, I have to wake up and take a
shower I must keep my hygiene up to par I will not leave my house if I
don’t shower. Next, after I’m done showering I brush my teeth, like
any other average teenager that wakes up in the morning. Afterward,
once I’m done showering & brushing my teeth I’ll then check to see if
I need to shave whether it be any facial hair or the baby hairs coming
out of the unibrow spot this step is also very important to me because
me being such a self-conscious person. Moreover, the harder part of my
morning... getting dressed I have to decide what I want to wear;
usually I try to be the best dressed in class unless I feel as though
it wouldn’t really work out because I recently didn’t get a haircut.
Finally, I go and take the bus on Bergenline Ave. to get to 65th street
where my college is located.
Help and afterschool activities such as tutoring are very important for students in college, such as me. However I haven’t went for tutoring or any other events after school yet, because I haven’t really done it before and I would really appreciate to earn the help I need in order to pass my classes. I will start receiving help by a tutor with the result that I pass my classes. In addition, I will be proud of myself and feel like I accomplish something very important for the first time of my life. Then finally I can seriously feel confident in my class because then I will know that I went for help.
ReplyDeleteFor this purpose I have the advantage thrown to me, that when I need help I should always ask the teacher but I would rather take tutoring session. In other words stay after school and meet up with my tutor and ask him or her for help. As a kid I’ve always felt like I can do things on my own and figure things on my own, but now that I am in college I realize that it is not that easy. Well at least I almost had hope that I can do things on my own in college. Also that I’ve had tried so hard, and it takes a tough smart person to do what’s right and that is to help yourself getting a tutor.
